Rubina Cohen is a multipreneur, marketing strategist, and educator with over two decades of experience. As Founder and CEO of Firefly Strategies Global for 17 years, she has helped organizations across industries—economic development, transit, design, wellness, and environmental advocacy—communicate their value and grow through regenerative, human-centered strategies.

She is reimagining marketing through her Evolutionary Marketing™ framework, which draws from nature and regenerative design to position people as co-creators in living brand ecosystems. Rubina is also launching a publishing company and writers’ retreats that use storytelling as a way to re-awaken human imagination and resilience in an age shaped by technology and AI.

Her entrepreneurial ventures include One Earth Island, creating immersive Dymaxion Map installations; ORGANZM.com, a laboratory for creativity and consciousness; and Illuminate Collab, a community experiment in regenerative systems. She also volunteers with DesignCorps and the Food Depot, and finds renewal through ceramics, meditation, and yoga nidra.
