Rubina is a multipreneur and a Marcomm Strategic Advisor supporting corporate clients, foundations, insititutions and municipalities on creating and implementing both internal and external marketing and communications strategies that produce greater efficiencies and substantial ROI. She is a sought after speaker and presenter on the topics of marketing, communications, maketing psychology, leadership and perseverance. She was recently recognized as the 2022 Marketing 2.0 Innovation and Leadership awardee. Her experience spans over 2 decades, approaching 15 years as Firefly Strategies Global;s Founder, CEO, and Principal

Rubina is currently working to re-imagine and re-create old, and out-dated marketing frameworks that originated back in the 1960s, that teach manipulative marketing tactics. Her new framework, The Firefly Method focuses on the new economy, one that centers humans and their well-being that produces greater loyalty and overall lifetime profit as an organic by-product.

Rubina is also a Chopra Certified Meditation Teacher and an I AM Yoga Nidra Teacher in Training.
