A focused, high-value working session for a leader or organization at an inflection point. We facilitate a process using the Illuminate Leadership Development framework and we step back, look at what is really happening, identify the greatest points of challenge as well as leverage. We them illuminate what matters most now. Clients leave with perspective, priorities, and a clear set of next steps.

The Process
  • Before we meet: You'll complete a short intake questionnaire so we can arrive ready to work. This lets us spend all 90 minutes on what matters, not on background.
  • See the whole picture. We begin by stepping back from the day-to-day to map what's actually happening: the pressures, the patterns, and the forces shaping this moment for you or your organization.
  • Name the tension and the leverage. Together we surface the real points of friction, the ones underneath the symptoms, and the strengths, relationships, and opportunities you may be underusing.
  • Illuminate what matters most now. We distill everything into a small number of clear priorities, so you know where to put your energy and what you can let go of.
  • Commit to the path forward. We close by translating those priorities into concrete next steps you can act on immediately.

What You Receive
You'll receive a 90-minute live working session (virtual or in person in Santa Fe). Within a few days, you'll also get a written Clarity Brief that captures the key insights from the session, your top priorities, and a focused action plan for the next 30 to 90 days. Every client also gets a follow-up email check-in two weeks later to support momentum.
