Sipping Streams Tea Company owner Jenny Tse is a powerhouse force innovating in the tea industry. Creating the first ever tea farm in Alaska and additional the first one using geothermal heat, Tse is looking to land more media attention and PR for her story of impact, her story of resilience and her dream to help the planet heal and thrive with tea. Firefly Strategies Global developed a digital and traditional PR strategy and is conducting all outreach, messaging, press release writing, outreach and follow up for print, radio and tv media opportunities as well as digital opportunities such as on blogs, podcasts and online digital shows.

MoSCA and the Spanish Colonial Arts Society secured the services of Firefly Strategies to help promote the nationally renowned Annual Traditional Spanish Market as well as to increase museum visitor numbers, and increase fundraising success rates. The marketing plan for the Spanish Market garnered widespread attention, with artists boasting their best sales ever in all their years of participating in the Spanish Market. Firefly Strategies is implementing consistent print advertising, re-doing a very old website, we updated all social media channels, sending out bi-weekly emails, organizing press events, developing and submitting press releases, organizing press tours, managing a full marketing budget, developing messaging, organizing radio interviews, introducing new potential donors and creating video content.

The owners of City Different Dentistry approached Firefly Strategies as they started to see a dip in sales and didn't want to further perpetuate the problem by ignoring their marketing. Firefly Strategies developed a one year growth strategy and implemented immediately. The business started to see a turnaround almost immediately and the one year growth plan worked impeccably. The implementation plan included a referral strategy that was implemented with partners, a customer appreciation program, a consistent print ad presence, an elevated look and feel, updated Google business page and SEO strategy, and finally a community events based Social Media strategy.

From developing weekly messaging for email campaigns to social media advertising campaigns, collateral development and graphic design for advertising, to providing translation services and facilitating conversations, messages, activities and programs community wide with partners. The outcome was a strategic, well-oiled effort to keep the community informed, safe and empower them with resources to manage during the pandemic.

Janet Pacheco-Morton is the owner of the woman-owned and run accounting and audit services company based in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Fiirefly Strategies help establish the branding for the company at the start-up phase and then developed marketing materials and collateral such as a  business cards and a website. The company also desired a refined proposal look  and feel that was consistent with their new branding, so our design team helped get that established as well. The company is already a major player in the financial services industry. 

City of Santa Fe Arts + Culture
digital marketing strategy workshop series for artists + creatives

The Arts and Culture department at the City of Santa Fe wanted to provide a comprehensive offering on digital marketing for local creative and art based entrepreneurs. Firefly Strategies Global designed four 1.5 hour workshops that ran over the course of four weeks. Participants were also invited to a Facebook group managed by Firefly Strategies Global to continue deeper learning and application of what was learned in the workshops. Topics included effective social media, email marketing and website design for attracting customers, to the importance of having authenticity and vulnerability in marketing.
