WELCOME! My name is Rubina Cohen and I am excited to begin a new one-to-one coaching journey with you. Over the past year and half, so many business owners, creatives, makers, entrepreneurs, CMOs and marcomm professionals have shared about their struggles with overwhelm and COVID fatigue, but also simultaneously desiring to make moves and create both growth and impact in their businesses. I want to help you to get back to yourself and to your business and to help you create the impact and growth you've wanted for a while.

That's why I am once again offering a brand new session of the Illuminate Business Growth Coaching + Consulting program. 

Over the next 6 months our Founder and CEO Rubina Cohen will assist you in  to assist you in creating greater momentum, growth and impact around your GENIUS work in the world, coaching and consulting that will help you to create a greater impact and generate more revenue too.  Program begins September 1, 2022 until February 28, 2023

OUR FOCUS OVER THE NEXT 6 MONTHS:



There are three areas of focus for the program over the next 6 months. 

​Creating Business Growth + Impact. We will work on what growing the business to the next level looks like and the kind of impact you want to have both locally and globally. We will devise a series of strategies and steps to help achieve those goals over the next 6 months. 

Authentic Marketing.  It takes vulnerability, storytelling and RELATIONSHIP to build bridges and create connections with audiences. This is true whether you are in person or on a screen broadcasting on the internet, or even in a REEL on Instagram.  Together we will unveil what the deeper and more meaningful messages are. You will then weave them into your content, your communications and all messaging moving forward. We will also have you create a strategy and direction for marketing on channels that truly fit your authentic marketing style. Finally, the marketing direction will be EVOLUTIONARY…one that is steeped in creativity and innovation. Marketing that will stand the test of time utilizing THE FIREFLY METHOD OF MARKETING

Illuminated Leadership. It takes a true leader to make important business decisions that move your business into growth, expansion, evolution and IMPACT. Sometimes it will take tough decisions that move you out of your comfort zone and help you shape into the person you need to be in order to become the leader your company/organization needs.

HOW IT WORKS

  • 2 x a month - 1 hour coaching calls  - Where a bulk of our work together will take place. We will have a discovery call for the first coaching call where we map out goals for the next 6 months, what you want to accomplish and where you see yourself. Then at every call we pull out that plan and work through it.
  • Weekly Action Plans  delivered to your email inbox on Friday afternoon so you are ready to go the next week
  • Daily AUDIO coaching, tips and insights delivered to you via email to help keep you motivated and provide more guidance on your journey
  • Access to templates and resources as you work on your business. Just email me or ask about any templates you need during our calls and our team can email them to you.

She is an expert marketer who has helped numerous businesses and individuals develop and implement profit raising marketing strategies. Rubina is also a Chopra Certified Meditation Teacher and an  I AM Yoga Nidra Teacher in Training.  "Our real work on this planet is to fully step into who we truly are and intentionally share our  gifts with the world. It is time to truly operate from and live in our GENIUS more of the time."
